ZeemGO collaborates with KU Leuven to improve the data quality of the ZeemGO App. The Faculty of Economics and Business of KU Leuven, located in Belgium, will assist ZeemGO in this project by analyzing, correcting, and reformulating the questions asked to users when evaluating a charging station.

Thanks to this, the quality of the data collected will be much better, more influential, and more useful within the electric mobility sector. For ZeemGO it is very important that the data collected is accurate and above all that it has value; even if a lot of data is obtained about the charging infrastructure, if it does not provide value, the user experience will not improve.

This is why, through a study conducted by Thijs Zwienenberg, researcher at the Faculty of Economics and Business of KU Leuven, the surveys will be modified, simplifying and better organizing the questions to facilitate the experience of the user who fills them out, and removing and adding different questions to provide more value to the answers.

KU Leuven

Thijs Zwienenberg, PhD student in Business Economics and teaching assistant at KU Leuven:

“It was our pleasure to work with ZeemGO and contribute to an emission-free future and the e-Mobility sector and in particular by helping ZeemGO and translating academic findings to practical insights and contributions. ”

Borja Moreno Candau, CEO at ZeemGO:

“Collaborating with KU Leuven is a partnership of impact, having their research team and Thijs Zwienenberg is being a privilege given their expertise in data collection and processing, together we will analyze how to get the most out of ZeemGO App to boost electric mobility in Europe.”

About ZeemGO

ZeemGO is the first tokenized platform in the e-Mobility sector, it collects quality and charging experience data from Europe’s network of public fast chargers through its mobile app and its community of electric car drivers. This information helps to improve the user experience when recharging their car on public roads and consequently drives the adoption of electric vehicles, bringing us closer to an emission-free transport future.

The location of quality fast charging stations with adequate performance is a problem faced by electric vehicle users, thanks to ZeemGO this will never again be an inconvenience. ZeemGO aims to be the most complete platform thanks to the information it generates through Gamification, Blockchain and Big Data.

ZeemGO users will provide valuable information about recharging points; Evaluate the correct operation and quality of the charger, indicate possible aspects to improve, report incidents to be solved (a cable in bad condition, damaged screen…) or indicate nearby services (hotels, restaurants, parks, gardens…) are some of the actions that ZeemGO users can perform to provide information. This information is rewarded by ZeemCoins to the user who provides it. In addition, thanks to the ZeemCoin, drivers can be part of the project that will revolutionize the electric mobility industry.
