Minimum requirements for travelers

Since the trip will be made by road, if you are not of legal age in Spain it is not possible to acquire a driving license. Therefore, the first requirement is to be over 18 years old, to be able to legally contract the use of our services. It is also necessary that the person who will be the driver have a valid driving license at the time of the request, and on the dates on which the trip is scheduled.

It is also a plus that the person is a native Spanish speaker. If you are not Spanish, but know the language well, we would also like you to be part of our trips.

To do this, the necessary documentation will be requested before starting the trip, so that the company can verify that travelers meet the minimum requirements.

How to volunteer for the trip

To volunteer for any of the trips offered by our company, the traveler may register on a list through a form in which the main information of the driver and his companion (if there is a companion) will be requested, if He owns an electric car and the reasons for the trip.

The traveler will also have to indicate in which area of Spain he wishes to make the trip or propose a trip that he would like to take. The stages will then be discussed with ZeemGO staff.

The traveler’s request will only be considered completed once ZeemGO accepts the service request. ZeemGO reserves the right not to accept service requests when the traveler does not meet the requirements or when it believes that the requested service in any way exceeds ZeemGO’s capabilities. No travel request should be understood as an obligation for ZeemGO, who will be the last one authorized to accept it under the conditions agreed upon by the parties.

Electric vehicle

It is the responsibility of the person who is going to make the trip to provide the electric vehicle that will be used, whether owned or rented. It is reported that the person who is going to make the trip will be responsible for any damage or harm that may be caused by it and will be responsible for complying with the necessary legal obligations (having vehicle insurance with mandatory civil liability, etc.).

Likewise, it is stated that the traveler will not be able to charge any type of amount to ZeemGO for its use. By way of example and without intending to be exhaustive:

  • Damage to the vehicle.
  • Wear of it or any of its parts.
  • Fines or sanctions.
  • Civil responsibilities.
  • Criminal responsibilities.
  • Etc.

Selection criteria

The minimum requirements that travelers must meet are shown in previous sections. In this section we list a series of criteria that will increase the chances of being chosen as the person interested in joining our trip:

  • Have an electric vehicle.
  • Be in the age range between 25-35 years. It does not mean that you cannot apply if you are not in this range.
  • Be a lover of electric mobility.
  • Be aware of the environment.
  • Have a smartphone with a good camera to document the trip.
  • Have a large number of followers on social networks.
  • To be a student.
  • Have all the points on the card.
  • Have driving experience.

In any case, all applications submitted will be analyzed regardless of whether many or few selection criteria are met.

Trip cancellation or change

In the event that the traveler wishes to cancel the trip or propose a change to it, the traveler must notify the ZeemGO team within a maximum period of 48 hours before the date agreed upon. Any expenses related to the vehicle, the stay during the days of the trip or any payment made by ZeemGO in relation to the trip will be charged to the person subscribing to the trip if not notified 48 hours before the agreed date.

Likewise, ZeemGO may refuse the changes requested by the traveler and terminate the contract with the traveler without the right to compensation for expenses to the traveler.

Trip tracking

It is very important for us to know that the trip is working as planned. Therefore, for everything to work well, travelers may have to share their location in real time at any time during the trip, between 9:00 and 18:00 (Madrid time).

To do this, the traveler will be notified 24 hours in advance before they have to share their location in real time, being a mandatory procedure for the contracting entity to proceed with the payment of the agreed expenses.

Suggestions and complaints

Complaints and suggestions can be sent via a pdf document, signed by the applicant, to the email address “[email protected]”. This document will be evaluated by the ZeemGO team and a response will be given to the applicant within a maximum period of 30 business days.

Incentives for participants

ZeemGO will pay ZeemCoins worth 50 euros (€) per day to the selected person at the end of the experience within a maximum period of 30 days after the end of the trip. This payment will be made to cover travel expenses.

Fines

At ZeemGO we believe that safe driving is one of the keys on the road. To encourage respect for traffic rules on the road, the vehicle passenger must pay any parking or traffic fine received for the use of the vehicle, as well as any fee or tax necessary for the successful completion of the trip, without having to pay. nothing to claim from the contracting company (ZeemGO) for these concepts.

Communication channels

Email will be the main communication channel between the applicant and the ZeemGO team.

Selection method

Even so, if you do not meet many of the selection criteria, send us your application and we will be happy to receive and analyze it.

Participants will be notified by email if they have been selected for the trip within a maximum of 30 days.

If the applicant is chosen for the trip, they must sign a contract of conditions.

Travel form

To make this project possible, we ask travelers to fill out a form every time they finish a stage and at the end of the trip, in which they will be asked for data and opinions about the trip made in order to make a post on the company’s blog. ZeemGO website.

The traveler agrees to fill out the proposed questions as truthfully as possible, and to send it once the trip has ended within 24 hours.

It is also necessary to sign an image rights agreement in order to upload posts with the traveler’s permission.

In the event of non-compliance by the traveler, the amounts mentioned in these terms and conditions will not be paid. The contracting company (ZeemGO) retains its rights regarding possible claims against travelers for breach of contract.
