What application does Artificial Intelligence have in electric mobility?
AEDIVE, Business Association for the Development and Promotion of Electric Mobility, highlights the importance of data collection to promote improvement in customer service and achieve user satisfaction. As an example, we can see that the new models of electric cars have an emergency system that automatically calls the emergency number if the airbag is activated and sends the data that has forced the activation and the geolocation of the car, allowing to reduce up to 50% the response time.
